Tucu in Brazil

Pay with Pix
in Brazil.

From beach kiosks to ticket counters, the seller often shows a Pix QR code. Tucu is a travel wallet for visitors: set it up before you leave, fund it in your own currency and pay Pix codes in reais.

Made for visitors

Pix lives inside Brazilian accounts.

Pix is not a separate app. It works inside Brazilian bank and payment accounts, which often ask for a CPF, and an account from home usually can’t scan a shop’s Pix code. Visitors are left with cards, cash, or a missed discount.

Tucu is being built so a visitor can pay that code directly.

  • Pay Pix QR codes in Brazilian reais as a visitor.
  • See the exchange rate, fees and total as one number before you confirm.
  • Use the same wallet for QR payments when you travel on to Argentina.
